Ingredients
1 kg Green manathakkali
1/2 cup Sour curd
4 tsp Salt
 

Method:
  1. Mix Green manathakkali with sour curd and salt. Dry and flip it under the sun until it completely dry and crisp (It may take 2 to 3 days).
  2. Store it in an air tight container.
