Mango Pickle

Ingredients
1 large or 2-4 small Mangos
1/2 cup Red chili powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Methi seeds
1/4 tbsp Mustard
1/4 tbsp Hing
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Cooking oil

 
Method:
  1. Cut mango into small dices, removing the pit, add salt, turmeric, and keep it aside for 4-5 days. Add red chili powder to this mango and mix it well.
  2. Roast methi seeds and dry grind it and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, and add mustard and hing and let it cool. When the above oil becomes room temperature, mix it with the mango, and add the roased methi powder.
