Okra Vatha

Ingredients
1 kg Okra
1/2 cup Sour curd
1 tsp Salt
 

Method:
  1. Wash okra, cut into pieces. Soak in with sour curd and add salt. Leave it to dry up, then store in an air tight container.
  2. Fry in little oil for serving.
