Ingredients
1 kg Green Sundakka
1 cup Sour curd
3 tsp Salt
Method:
Crush to open the sundakka slightly. And round in shape. Wash and drain, then mix with salt and sour curd. Keep it for 4 days and shake it once a day. Preserve with liquid.
Fry with oil when serving.
