Ingredients
1/2 kg Tomatoes
A small piece Tamarind
2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp Asafetida
1 tsp Salt
5 tsp Oil
Method:
Chop the tomatoes to few larger pieces, mix
tamarind, chili powder and salt. Add all the mixture and blender until a
thick juice.
Heat up the pan, sauté fenugreek seeds, mustard
seeds and asafetida. Fry until splatters, add the tomato mixture and fry
at low heat until thick paste.
