Method: - Roast the mangoes in an open fire. Alternately, pressure cooks the mangoes on high heat with water. Remove from heat after 2 whistles.
- When cool enough to handle, peel the mangoes, scrape all the pulp from the seeds. Discard the seeds. Retain the liquid and the pulp.
- Blend the pulp and the liquid till smooth. Add the sugar, cumin powder, and salt.
- Stir till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
