Method:
- Put the besan powder, rice flour, chilies
powder and
salt powder into a bowl. Add water and mix to make a
thick paste.
Full boil the eggs. Shell and cut the eggs into half
lengthwise.
Heat oil in frying pan. Dip each egg piece in the besan
paste so as to cover it completely. Then deep fry the egg
pieces in hot oil.
Serve hot.
