Steamed Prawn with Ginger

Ingredients
500gm Prawns, shelled
1 tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Ajinomoto
2 Eggs, whisked
4 tsp Ginger (adrak), julienne
2 tsp Chinese wine
3 tbsp Green Coriander (haradhniya), chopped
 

Method:
  1. Arrange the prawns neatly in a pan, add salt, ajinomoto, eggs and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Cover the pan and steam the prawns for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, transfer into a serving bowl and pour the Chinese wine on top.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with green coriander.

Serves : 2-4
