FISH FRY

Ingredients
½ kg sea-fish
2 tablespoon full dhania powder - fried
2 tablespoon jeera
10 pepper
8 flakes garlic
2 onions
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon chilies powder
1 tablespoon black vinegar
Salt powder to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
  1. Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Grind the fried
    dhania powder, fried jeera, pepper, garlic and onions into
    a fine paste.

  2. Take the fish pieces in a big plate. Add the ground
    masala paste, chilies powder, turmeric powder, vinegar
    and salt, and mix well to all pieces. Keep it aside for 15
    minutes.

  3. Heat enough oil in a frying pan or tava. Fry the fish
    pieces well, till it is cooked.

  4. Serve with rice. You can preserve fried fish in a fridge
    for 3 - 4 days.
