Method:
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Grind the
fried
dhania powder, fried jeera, pepper, garlic and onions into
a fine paste.
Take the fish pieces in a big plate. Add the ground
masala paste, chilies powder, turmeric powder, vinegar
and salt, and mix well to all pieces. Keep it aside for 15
minutes.
Heat enough oil in a frying pan or tava. Fry the fish
pieces well, till it is cooked.
Serve with rice. You can preserve fried fish in a fridge
for 3 - 4 days.
