Ingredients
1 cup Basmati rice
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste
Salt to taste
4-5 tbsp Ghee
Method:
Cook 1 cup of basmati rice and keep aside.
Pour ghee fry ginger garlic paste into golden
brown. Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Fry curry leaves in
ghee separately and mix with rice.
