Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 ½ cups Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 20 min)
1 ½ lbs Chicken Brest (cut into cubes)
2 Medium onions (chopped)
2 inch piece Ginger (grated)
4 cloves Garlic (crushed)
½ tsp Black pepper powder
3 Cardamom pods (crushed)
½ tsp Cumin seeds
2-3 cups Plain yoghurt
A large pinch Saffron threads
2 tbsp Hot water
A few drops Red food coloring
6 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Cashew nuts
1 tbsp Raisins
