Rice with Mushroom

Ingredients
150 gram Mushrooms
2 cups Basmati rice
1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
50 gram Onions (sliced thinly)
1/2 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Oil
 

Method:
  1. Cut mushrooms into few slices. Heat up a large pan with oil, add ginger, garlic and fry. Follow by slices of onion. Then put in the mushrooms (sliced), garam masala, rice and salt.
  2. Lower down the heat, and pour in 3 cups of water. Cover up the pan and cook for about 30 minutes.
