Method:
- Remove the prawns shell and wash under running
water. Then mix with chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook the
prawn in pressure cooker. When done chop into pieces and set aside.
- Heat up pan with butter, add the chopped pearl
onions and fry till golden brown. Toss in the rice and sauté for a
while, then remove from pan and into rice cooker, add in cardamom
powder, salt and water. When rice is almost done, add in the cooked
prawns and cook together till completely done.
- Serve hot.
