Boondi Raita

Ingredients
½ cup besan
3 cups curd
2 tsp red chili powder
Oil for deep frying boondi
1 sprig curry leaves
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Mix together the red chili powder, salt and besan. Add water to get a dropping consistency.
  2. With a slotted spoon, pour drops of this into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
    Drain and add to curds. Mix in salt and cumin powder. Season with mustard and curry leaves.
