Method:
- Cut capsicum into fine pieces. Heat oil in a
pan, add mustard seeds. When it pops, add fenugreek seeds, asafetida and
the capsicum pieces and fry until the raw smell is gone.
- Add tamarind juice, salt and stir until fully
cooked and becomes thick. In the end add 1/4 tsp jaggery powder or sugar
and heat until it is boiled fully.
