Cucumber Pachadi

Ingredients
Cucumber washed, peeled & finely chopped
1 tbsp Coconut grated
1-2 Green chilies, finely chopped
2 cups Yogurt
Cilantro washed and finely chopped
¼ tsp Mustard 1/4
Hing a small pinch
½ tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Wet grind green chilies, salt, coconut and little cilantro in little yogurt. 
  2. Mix the above with cucumber, and the remaining yogurt. 
  3. Fry mustard and hing in little oil and add it to above.
