Cucumber Raitha

Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Ground mustard
1 tbsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Cooking oil
2 tbsp Mustard seeds
2 Red Chilly
2 cups Yogurt
1 sprig Curry leaves
Salt As per taste
 
Method:
  1. Peel and chop cucumber to fine pieces. Mix the cucumber with yogurt. Add cumin powder ground mustard, chili powder and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining mustard seeds and when they crackle add red chili and curry leaves and fry for a while. Add this to Raitha.
  3. Garnish with little chili powder.
