Orange Pachidi

Ingredients
1 large Orange
4 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Asafetida
2 small Tamarind
4 small Green chilies
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Powdered jaggery
 

Method:
  1. Heap up the pan, fry mustard seeds until splutter. Then add green chilies, asafetida and pieces of the cut orange. Fry until orange is cooked.
  2. Add tamarind juice and salt; leave it to boil until tamarind juice smell disappears.
  3. Turn down to low heat and sprinkle jaggery, stir until thick paste.
