Spinach Pachidi

Ingredients
1/2 cup Spinach (chopped)
1/2 tsp Urud dhal
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Yogurt
2 tsp Oil
 
Method:
  1. Heat up pan with oil. Fry mustard seeds till it splutter, add spinach, urud dhal and salt.
  2. Remove from pan, add yogurt mix well and serve.
