Sprouted Moong Raita

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong
˝ tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Cumin powder
Few pinches Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Heat up the pan with butter. Pour in a cup of sprouted moong, stir and sauté until butter and sprouted moong are melted and cooked.
  2. Remove from pan and set aside. When cool down, add yogurt, coriander leaves, pepper, jeera and salt to taste.
