Vallarai Pachidi

Ingredients:
1 cup Vallarai leaves
A pinch Asafetida
½ tsp Mustard seeds
1 cup Curd
1 pc Red chili
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
 

Method:
  1. Fry vallarai leaves with oil. Add curd, mustard seeds, asafetida, red chili and salt to taste.
  2. Dish out.
