Steamed Prawn with Ginger

Ingredients
500gm Prawns, shelled
2 Eggs, whisked
4 tsp Ginger (adrak), julienne
3 tbsp Green Coriander (haradhniya), chopped
2 tsp Chinese wine
1 tsp Salt
1 ˝ tsp Ajinomoto
 

Method:
  1. Apply Ajinomoto, salt, ginger and egg, thoroughly to the prawns’ body. Then steam it at a large pan, for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. When done, pour the Chinese wine on top of it. Garnish with green coriander.
  3. Serve hot.

Serves : 2-4
