Stir-fried Lobster with Ginger

Ingredients
340 Lobsters, cooked, shelled
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tsp Ginger (adrak), chopped
¾ cup Fish Stock
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Courgette (tinda), thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 tsp Cornflour mixed with a little water


Method:
  1. Cut the lobsters into small Slices. Set aside.
  2. Heat up a pan with oil, stir-fry with ginger and follow by courgette till it soft. Add the lobster meats and continue to fry and mix well.
  3. Pour in the fish stock and oyster sauce to cook, then add pepper and salt to taste. When almost done add the cornflour paste and keep on stirring until the sauce turns thicken.
  4. Serve hot.
