Ingredients
6 large or 12 small fish fillets or cut into ½”–
thick slices.
For the marinade:
1 tsp Turmeric (haildi) powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin (jeera) powder (optional)
1 Lemon (nimbu) juice
Salt to taste
1 cup sesame (til) oil
