Creamy Prawn

Ingredients
1 lb. Medium sized shrimp (peeled)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
3 tbsp Oil
3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
10 Fresh curry leaves (optional)

For the cream sauce:
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 Green chili (finely chopped)
½ tsp Roasted cumin seed powder
½ tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Sugar
1 small 7 oz can Coconut milk
A bunch of chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
1 tsp Garam masala powder
 
Method:
  1. Mix all the cream sauce ingredients with little water except coconut milk. Then slowly pour in the coconut milk and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Heat up pan with oil, fry mustard seeds, till pop. Then add in curry leaves and garlic, sauté for a while. Add in the shrimps, turn to medium heat, stir-fry till almost done, follow by the cream sauce ingredients, and fry till the shrimps is completely cooked.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
