Dahl Fish

Ingredients
1 lb White fish (skinned & cut into chunks)
1 Large onion (chopped)
5 cloves Crushed garlic
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup Plain yoghurt
2 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
5 Curry leaves
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Oil
 
Method:
  1. Heat up a pan with oil, fry onions and garlic till golden brown. Then, add fenugreek seeds and sauté foe a while.
  2. Add in tomatoes, chili powder and coriander powder and toss together. Boil with another 2 cups of water, then turn to medium heat and add fish, curry leaves and salt to cook till almost done, pour in yogurt gently.
  3. Remove from heat, serve hot.
