Fish Curry

 

FISH CURRY

Ingredients
½ kg sea-fish
2 tbsp dhania powder
2 tbsp chilies powder
2 tbsp jeers
½ tbsp turmeric powder
6 black peppers
6 flakes garlic
3 medium size onions
4 green chilies
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Heat up a pan with low heat (Don’t add in oil), roast dhania powder till it turns dark brown in color then fry jeera and pepper in the same way.
  2. Remove from pan, grind the fried dhania powder, jeera and pepper together with garlic and onion to a fine paste.
  3. This time heat up pan with oil, fry mustard seeds until splutter, then follow by 2 sliced onions and split green chilies, fry till onions turn golden brown. Turn to low heat, and then add fish pieces, chilies powder, turmeric powder, ground masala and water. Add salt and vinegar during stirring.
  4. Server hot with rice, rotis or chapattis
