Fish Fry

 

FISH FRY

Ingredients
½ kg sea-fish
2 tbsp full dhania powder - fried
2 tbsp jeera
10 pepper
8 flakes garlic
2 onions
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilies powder
1 tbsp black vinegar
Salt powder to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
  1. Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
  2. Grind the fried jeera, garlic, dhania powder and onions into fine paste.
  3. Mix the ground masala paste, chilies powder, turmeric powder, vinegar and salt. Then add in the fish pieces and mix well.
  4. Heat up pan with full of hot oil. Dip in the fish pieces and fry well.
  5. Serve with rice.
