Method:
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
- Grind the fried jeera, garlic, dhania powder
and onions into fine paste.
- Mix the ground masala paste, chilies powder,
turmeric powder, vinegar and salt. Then add in the fish pieces and mix
well.
- Heat up pan with full of hot oil. Dip in the
fish pieces and fry well.
- Serve with rice.
