Fish Koftas

Ingredients
250 g Cod Fillet
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
2 Small onions (Minced)
3 Eggs- 3
3 tbsp Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
A bunch of chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Boil the fish with little water. When done, drain out the water. Remove the fish skin and bones, smash it and mix with salt, minced onions, garam masala, dry mango powder, beaten eggs, cilantro (chopped). Mix well. Make small balls shape from the mixture.
  2. Sandwich the mixture with bread crumb, then deep fry into hot oil.
  3. Serve hot.
