Fish with Fenugreek Leaves

Ingredients

500 gram Fish
2 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Garam masala powder
6 Green chilies (chopped)
1 inch piece Ginger (finely chopped)
6 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 small bunches Fenugreek leaves
1 cup Butter milk
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Wash and cut the fish into few pieces. Grind Fenugreek leaves and cilantro leaves to make a paste.
  2. Heat up pan with oil. Fry garlic, ginger and green chilies till golden brown, add in fenugreek and cilantro paste and fry together. Follow by turmeric powder, buttermilk, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste. Lower the heat and add in pieces of fish to cook, flip it over after 10 minutes. Off the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
