Garlic Fish

Ingredients
1 lb White fish
3 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Aniseed powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Oil for deep-fry
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Mix all the spice powders, garlic & salt with lemon juice to make a paste and coat the fish pieces with it. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Deep-fry the marinated fish in hot oil until golden brown. Drain the excess oil in paper towels and serve hot.
