Lasuni Tikka (Garlic-flavoured fish tikka)
Ingredients
1 kg Fish fillets, cut into cubes
1 cup Yoghurt (dahi)
1 tbsp Lemon (nimbu) juice
2 tsp Cumin (jeera) seeds, ground
1 tbsp Vinegar (sirka)
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp Carom (ajwain) seeds
2 tsp Garlic (lasan) paste
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
Butter for basting

Method:
- Marinate the cubed fish fillets with lemon
juice and salt for half and hour.
- In the other hand, whisk the yoghurt and at the
same time add in cumin seeds, vinegar, garam masala, carom seeds, garlic
paste and red chili powder. Whisk and mix well, pour the mixture onto
the fish cubes and coat thoroughly. Marinate it for an hour.
- Basting with butter and bake it into over for
about 180°C / 350°F. Till the fillets are golden brown in colors
- Serve hot.
