Prawns & Broccoli

Ingredients
2 oz Dried shrimp (washed)
2 Green chilies (chopped)
2 Dried red chilies
1 lb Broccoli (cut into small florets)
4 Shallots (peeled)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
 
Method:
  1. Grate the shallots, green chilies and red chilies together, and make into paste. Set a side.
  2. Heat up a pan with little oil, add the mustard seeds and sauté until pop then add the grated paste and dried shrimp and fry together. Adding broccoli and little water, fry for a while, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until the broccoli turns soft and shrimp is cooked.
  3. Serve hot.
