Method:
- Heat up a large pan with little and fry mustard
seeds, when it starts to pop, add asafetida powder, onion, ginger &
garlic to fry until onions turn golden brown. Follow to add it turmeric
powder, green chilies and curry leaves and fry together.
- Flow in the coconut milk and salt to taste. Add
in the shrimps and mix well. Simmer up the pan until the shrimps are
cooked.
- Serve hot.
