Shrimp with Long Beans

Ingredients
500 gm Long beans (cut to pieces)
1 Medium onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup cooked shrimp (peeled)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
 
Method:
  1. Heat up a pan with little oil, fry the mustard seeds till it splutters, add onions and fry till it turns golden brown, follow by shrimps, long beans and salt to taste. Fry together.
  2. Cover up the pan, simmer with low heat.
  3. Serve hot.
