Method:
- Rinse the shrimps, then marinate with lemon
juice. Set a side.
- Heat up a pan with oil, fry mustard seeds and
fenugreek. When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add in onions and
fry till golden brown. Follow by red chili powder, turmeric powder,
garlic, coconut and yogurt. Stir-fry and mix well.
- Add the marinated shrimps and salt to taste.
Stir occasionally with medium heat to prevent the mixture from sticking
to the bottom of the pan.
- Serve hot.
