Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 Chicken Thigh
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
2 tbsp All purpose flour
4 cups Water
Pepper As per taste
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Butter
¼ cup Vinegar
2 tbsp Green chilly (chopped)
 

Method:
  1. Boil chicken with water and salt. When it has done, set aside to cool down, then remove the bone and shred the meat.
  2. Toss the shredded chicken to boil again. Add butter, garlic and flour to cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper 2-3 minutes before done. Serve with green chilies and vinegar.
