Cream Potato Soup

 

Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 Potatoes
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Butter
2 tbsp Maida
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1" cubes. Add salt, mix well and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick sauce pan, add the butter and fry the flour, stirring constantly. Add the milk, potatoes and let it boil until the gravy gets to the right consistency.
  3. Serve hot adding white pepper.
