Method:
- Cook thuvar dhal with 2 cups of water and keep
it aside.

Fry mint, tomatoes, and green chilies in oil. Grind the above mixture.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil; add tamarind paste, turmeric and salt.
- Add the ground mixture, and cooked thuvar dhal
and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
