Neem Rasam

Ingredients
3 tsp Neemflower
1 Red chili
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Asafetida
1 tsp Mustard
3 tsp Ghee
Tamarind - accordingly (a small ball size)
2 sprig Curry leaves

 

Method:
  1. Take ghee in a sauce pan, add mustard seeds. When it pops, add asafetida, 1 whole red pepper, and 3 tsp dried neem flower.
  2. Add tamarind juice to this and bring to boil. Add water to make the liquid about 3 cups. Add 1/4 tsp rasam powder. Add curry leaves.
