Method:
- Heat up a pot with 2 cups of water. Add in
thuvar dhal, tomatoes and turmeric to cook.
- In the other hand, fry little oil with a pan;
add in channa dhal, urad dhal, red chili, cumin seeds and pepper. When
ready pour and mix in the cook thuvar dhal.
- Add in splutter mustard, hing, curry leaves and
ghee. Stir and cook until done.
- Serve hot
