Potato Parsley Soup

Ingredients
2 Potato
1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Cream cheese

 

Method:
  1. Peel and cube potato and cook with enough water to cover them.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic and onion and fry till slightly browned. Add chopped parsley and cream cheese and mix well. Remove from flame.
  3. Add potato to the pan and mix well. Puree batch by batch, and return to the pan. Add salt and pepper and heat through.
  4. Serve hot.
