Method:
- Cut gingers, carrots, garlic and onions into
few pieces.
- Heat up pan with butter, sauté pieces of
ginger, carrot, garlic and onion. Reduce heat and then add prawns to
sauté for a while.
- Add 4 cups of water and bay leaf and boil with
high flame. Add fresh orange juice, cream of coconut, mint leaf,
turmeric powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
