Prawns Soup

Ingredients
6 Tiger prawns
5 Carrot
1 Onion
2 piece a inch Ginger
6 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Butter
1 Bay leaf
1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tbsp Cream of coconut
Mint leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Method:
  1. Cut gingers, carrots, garlic and onions into few pieces.
  2. Heat up pan with butter, sauté pieces of ginger, carrot, garlic and onion. Reduce heat and then add prawns to sauté for a while.
  3. Add 4 cups of water and bay leaf and boil with high flame. Add fresh orange juice, cream of coconut, mint leaf, turmeric powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot.
