Vepam-poo Rasam

Ingredients
4 Red chilies
2 tbsp Tamarind paste
1/4 tbsp Hing
1/4 tbsp Turmeric
1/4 tbsp Mustard
A few Curry leaves
½ tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Boil turmeric, tamarind paste with 3 cups of water, salt to taste.
  2. Heat some ghee with pan, add vepam-poo, hing, red chilies, curry leaves and mustard to fry for a while, and then toss all these to boil with tamarind water.
  3. Serve hot
