Cauliflower Masala
Ingredients
1/2 kg Cauliflower
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urud dhal
1 Dried red chili
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Grated coconut
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat up pan with oil; add in mustard seeds and red chili. Fry until the mustard seeds start to pop, add urud dhal and washed cauliflower.
Turn to low heat, add salt. Stir it frequently until cauliflower turns into soft and tender. Add grated coconut before remove from pan.
Serve hot
