LADY'S FINGER FRY

Ingredients
1/4 kg lady's finger
4 tablespoon oil
3 green chilies
Salt powder to taste
 
Method:
  1. Wash the lady's fingers. Wipe them dry with a clean cloth.
    Then cut them into thin long pieces. Slice the green chilies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies. Fry for a minute.
    Add lady's fingers and salt powder. Cook on low fire.
  3. Serve with chapattis or rice.
