Potato Fry

Ingredients
8 Small round potatoes
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Red chili powder
3 Crushed garlic
5 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
 

Method:
  1. Blanch potatoes and peel off the skins, cut into a small slices.
  2. Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt with little water, mix well till it turns to paste. Add crushed garlic to the paste. Coat every piece of the potatoes evenly to the paste.
  3. Heat up a big pan with oil. Fry the sliced potatoes till it turns golden brown.
  4. Serve hot and when crispy.
