Method:
- Grind together 3 flakes garlic, 6 green
chilies, a small piece ginger.

Season ghee (or oil) with cardamoms and cloves.
Add chopped onions and fry till light brown.
Add ground spices and fry till ghee (or oil) separates.
Add vegetable, rice, peas, moong, salt and turmeric powder.
Fry for 2 minutes. Add enough water and cook till rice
and vegetable are done. Mix well before serving.

Serve hot with onion raita.
